Preventative care is included in our monthly membership, including annual physical, well child visits, sports physical. Also include in our membership is health and wellness consultation and coaching as a result of those physicals, lab work and your personal goal.

Ultimately, we act as you healthcare profession to help walk you through your journey of healthcare based upon you goals and desires.

A membership is perfect for those who are managing chronic conditions such as diabetes, high blood pressure, asthma, thyroid disorder, asthma and COPD, depression and anxiety, thyroid management and fertility treatment. We will take the time to understand you condition and help you to manage it in the best way possible.

Prescriptions can be sent to your pharmacy of choice. Compound pharmacies will be utilized to provide the cheapest and most effective medication regiment. Access to discounted cash-pay labs pricing and functional tests.

With Membership includes access to peptide treatment at discounted rates. Botox is 13 dollars per unit and 10% off aesthetic services.

When procedure, illness, or issue reaches beyond our scope of expertise, we will act as your referring primary care provider-coordinating the referral, communicating with the specialist and helping follow through with your care.
