Prior to the first appointment we recommend patients complete lab work to optimized visits. Labs can be ordered through your PCP, or we can place the order for convenient labs draw. Your blood work will give us a snapshot of your health. We recommend completing a week before your appointment.
Your first visit will include reviewing questionnaires sent out prior to appointment to focus on your goals and concerns. Along with a personalized plan to address your goals.
After the visit your provider will place the medications ordered and it will be sent directly to the patient's home.
Patient will receive an invoice from provider for services rendered. We are a cash-based service. We do not accept insurance at this time.
