Monthly membership is $150.

This includes a one month supply of medication with an initial 45-minute consult. At this appointment, we will go through each lab one by one with you to understand where you stand with your health. This visit is more than just medications. During this appointment, we will provide counseling on how to reach your treatment goal. We will discuss options of treatment plans with hormone therapy, thyroid optimization, weight loss therapy, peptide therapy, vitamins, and supplements. You will then have monthly check-in appointments for treatment adjustments.

• If you sign up for a 3-month membership, you will receive 5% discount
• If you sign up for a 6-month membership, you will receive 7.5% discount.
• If you sign up for a 12-month membership, you will receive 10% discount.

For your convenience we have coordinated with Access labs for walk in labs draws. Initial labs will cost $275. This will include CBC, CMP, Lipid, Hormone Panel, Thyroid Panel, Cortisol, Magnesium, Iron, Vit D, Vit B12.

If you are wanting to utilize your insurance for labs. I will provide you will a list of labs to request through your PCP.

To optimize your first appointment, it is recommended to get your labs done a week in advance of your first appointment.

Follow up lab work is recommended throughout treatment to assess progress. Repeat labs will be $180.

Prior to the first appointment we recommend patients complete lab work to optimized visits. Labs can be ordered through your PCP, or we can place the order for convenient labs draw. Your blood work will give us a snapshot of your health. We recommend completing a week before your appointment.

Your first visit will include reviewing questionnaires sent out prior to appointment to focus on your goals and concerns. Along with a personalized plan to address your goals.

After the visit your provider will place the medications ordered and it will be sent directly to the patient's home.

Patient will receive an invoice from provider for services rendered. We are a cash-based service. We do not accept insurance at this time.
